Established in 1999 by Pamela Carrara, the San Francisco Yoga School (SFYS) is physically located at a private home studio in the San Francisco Outer Richmond District / Sea Cliff District, CA, USA.

As of 2024, The SFYS celebrates 25 years of rejuvenating integral and healing art work, co-creating with people of all ages and from all walks of life the cultivation of healthier sustainable changes in their mindfulness, life style and wellbeing, empowering them to live in their greatest good and highest potential.

the SFYS whole heartedly promotes and fosters the mindful techniques and integrative teachings of the 8 limbs of yoga, the healing arts, inner martial arts, movement, breathing and energization practices used to awaken and expand vitality and consciousness through the unification of physical, mental, spiritual and soulful development for a healthier strong, flexible, vibrant body, and a calmer, clearer more peaceful focused confident mind and state of well-being.
